We offer a 30-day return policy for exchanges or store credit. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Once your piece is crafted (which can take up to 4 weeks), we then ship all orders via Australia Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days, while express shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.

Local Delivery can vary from 2- 4 business days.
