Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Isle of Mae jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible:

  • unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earring styles unless faulty.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@isleofmae.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases, in line with our store policy.
However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item you receive is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it’s supposed to. This applies even if the item is not eligible under our general store policy for returns or exchanges. If your item meets these criteria, please contact us and we will make it right.
