(e) Product availability may vary. If a product is on pre-order, estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only.

5. Price and Payment

(a) Prices are in AUD and include GST.
(b) Payment must be made at checkout via the methods offered (card, Afterpay, PayPal)
(c) We do not store payment details; payments are securely processed via third-party providers.
(d) You may be liable for import duties/taxes if ordering internationally.
(e) Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and are subject to individual terms.

6. Delivery, Title and Risk

(a) We ship to the regions listed on our Site.
(b) Delivery fees are stated at checkout.
(c) We aim to dispatch within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
(d) You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
(e) Ownership of products passes to you upon delivery. Risk passes once products are delivered to your nominated address.
(f) If a parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us to help resolve the issue.

7. Returns

(a) We follow Australian Consumer Law and may also offer returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

8. Warranty Against Defects

(a) Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
(b) General wear and tear (e.g. chain breakage, tarnishing) is not covered.
(c) To make a claim, contact us with a photo and description of the issue and proof of purchase.
(d) If your claim is valid, we may offer repair, replacement, refund, or store credit.

(b) If a product is faulty, we will refund return shipping and offer a remedy in line with the law.

12. Limitations

(a) To the extent permitted by law:

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. (b) We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by Force Majeure Events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics).

(a) Any disputes must be attempted to be resolved in good faith before formal proceedings.
(b) Notices can be sent via email or post.

(d) These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
